"Our collaboration with Beech Tree began with a kitchen remodel in our 1920’s home. The challenge was to take a small, fairly awkward space and make it work in the 21st century.

We came to Nic with photocopies of a magazine article, 10 years of ideas, and a big constraint – make the original footprint work. He and his team worked with us incrementally, refining details and solving problems along the way. They repeatedly executed simple, elegant solutions and created an amazing space that respects the age and character of our home.
