After we measure and or confirm the space, we will develop shop drawings. We can file share them electronically with the team (clients, architect, designer, GC, etc.) for review and "redlines". At this stage we can meet again or communicate over the phone/email. We will carefully go over any undetermined details and amend things as necessary. Changes at this stage may alter the contracted estimate. We will bring any cost changes to your attention should they arise.
